SATISFACTION WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day satisfaction return policy, and a 90 day Defect policy and a six month durability Warranty. Our 30 day satisfaction return policy starts the date you receive your item. You can return the item by post at your shipping expense for a full refund or for a repair we will pay for all shipping. To be eligible for a satisfaction return, your item must be returned in a reasonable condition, reasonable use is expected and acceptable for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any product that is broken or damaged due to a production fault can be returned in a used condition and within 90 days of receivership of the item, please contact us before returning the product so we can make the process as smooth as possible. We also have a six month Durability warranty if our product is unusable after 6 months of use we will give you your money back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
